• Who are your target customers / current customers?
• Who are the major competitors within the industry sector?
• How do your products or services get to the customer?
• What are the barriers to entry for new competitors?
• Describe the regulatory environment.

Founders/Team

• Who are the founders and senior team members?
• Why is this team capable to execute the business plan?
• What percentage of the company do the founders and senior team members own?

Finances

• What is your current burn rate?
• What are the expected revenues and expenses for this year and each of the next three years?
• How much equity and debt has the company already raised?
  What is your desired pre-money valuation of your business for the next raise?
• How much are you looking to raise and what is the planned use of those proceeds?

End Goal
