Who is Our Ideal Investee?

Ideal investees are founder(s)/teams who are similarly-minded and have a proven history of success. They will have skin-in-the game and their life’s work will be committed to the long-term success of their company. The businesses will have high barriers to entry, pricing power and scarce economic substance. The businesses will be ones that can scale well and will not have sudden demands for large sums of capital. The terms for an investment must offer significant upside for us as investors. We are not interested in low return investment opportunities.
